Canstruction® New York 2017, our 25th Competition, is presented by Arts Brookfield.
An extraordinary annual design competition and the most unique food charity in the world, Canstruction challenges teams of architects, engineers, and contractors to build sculptures made entirely out of unopened cans of food. The large scale structures are placed on display and later donated to City Harvest for distribution to those in need.
We are very excited to be preparing for our 25th Annual Canstruction New York Competition! The exhibit is currently scheduled for November 2nd through 15th 2017. Brookfield Place will host Canstruction® New York for the 10th year.
If your firm is interested in participating in this challenging and rewarding competition this year, please fill out the entry form and send the entry fee as indicated on the form page on or before August 7th (Note: the fee is $500.00, non-refundable). Complete the form online on the 2017 Canstruction New York Call for Entries page to reserve your team’s spot for 2017. We will hold your spot for 7 days while your entry fee is in transit. There will be a limited number of structure locations available. Submit your Entry forms and mail in your checks as soon as possible.
